In the first round, a group discussion was conducted to shortlist candidates for the next stage. Those who were successful in the group discussion were invited for an in-person interview at the company's office. The interview panel members were very clear in their questions and even took the time to clarify their queries if I did not respond adequately. There were two panel members present during the interview, both of whom seemed to place a strong emphasis on my experience with frontend implementation.
