I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Baton Rouge, LA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I met with two gentlemen from Bentley Systems at my university's career fair. They took down my email and sent a link for an online interview. It was a video interview where they asked me to tell them about myself. The 3 minute response was recorded. There was no actual person. They then asked some general questions regarding my GPA and other basic things (This part was written).
At then end they asked two programming questions in any language of your choice (15 and 45 mins respectively). The first one was easy but the second one was intentionally hard. They said they just want to see how we think in the second problem.
A few days later, I received an email from Bentley Systems asking for my best days for a phone interview. They then sent a phone interview invitation. I am about to give the phone interview in a few hours.

What is your departmental and overall GPA? Are you happy with it?
They asked about my side projects, a particular guy was unimpressive, i thought the interview will be about my technical assessment but it was the other way. I was asked about data sharing across databases, and was asked to solve a string problem
1) recruiter call
2) technical interview
I did not advance past this stage but I believe there was a take home assessment after this. There may have been one final interview after that
