I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Pune) in Mar 2020
Interview
1st stage was Apti + Coding round
2nd stage was Codding round
Then there were 3 technical rounds
And last round was HR.
Interview was medium level but you need to be serious, but vacancies are less so don't take it casually, if you are good technically you are going to make it.
On campus interview through Univeristy Career Fair. White board interview in person with some general questions about DS&A. Questions on OOP and Memory. Was a fairly easy interview and not bad.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I got 3 questions for OA. It is the in-depth questions about the algorithms behind car functionalities such as 4 cardinal directions; e.g. minimum number of robot runs required to clean all of the dirty cells (*) or the scenario like multiple players standing in a row and performing moves on a field, with restrictions on their movement based on neighboring players.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Exton, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Got sent an online assessment, in which I completed and did well on. Got invited to an HR screening, went well, asked general questions about me, and explained the position more. Was sent an invitation to schedule a follow up with some engineers to go over my OA and technical questions. The recruiter then never confirmed my date after I gave availability and ghosted me for a couple months after sending a couple follow ups.
