I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems
Interview
Applying as an intern, they had 2-hour interview with me. The first hour, I interviewed with a marketing director and my supervisor. Another hour, I interviewed with two colleagues. It is intensive since they could ask any questions. During the interview, they could tell you what salary they would offer. After the interview, I waited for few days to receive the offer.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Exton, PA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Streamlined and to the point, active communication which matched up with the timelines that were set. From application submission to first contact was less than a week, after which there was a phone screening with the recruiter. Additional week for a phone interview with the hiring manager, at which point the determination was made the same day to bring me in for an in-person the following week. In-person was with the hiring manager and telco to two team members. A week after this, an offer was extended. Start to finish it was about a month, refreshing change of pace for a larger company.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
After initial phone screen, a face to face interview was conducted with the hiring manager. I honestly felt that they already had someone else in mind and I was just there to fulfill the minimum number of people they needed to interview.

Question 1
They had me start at the beginning of my career and tell them about all the positions I've ever held. It felt like I was starting with..."Well, first I was born..." Most interviews ask you about relevant experience, not what you did when you first graduated from college.
