Process took two weeks. Initially met with Human Resources and direct manager, and the next week went back to meet with upper management. Very pleasant conversations with all of them.

How do you handle stress? Do you work well under pressure?
What are your long-term goals?
First call was with HR, then a few calls with buyers, lastly spoke to the DMM. Exactly what you’d expect, was given an excel “test” to gauge where you’re at but you can learn everything on the job.

Interview
The interview process was very easy and the interviewer was nice. I interviewed with two people back in December. However, the recruiter ghosted me. I emailed her at least 5 times and never got a response back. I received an automated email three months later telling me I didn't get the position. Super Unprofessional.
