Long and disjointed. Seemed odd I needed to talk to their corporate people and then have the same conversation with the dealership. I got the job but the hiring process was long for most of the people I talk to.

Very good communication throughout the entire process, and across all interviews: Interview with HR and then with the individual dealership. Welcomed at the door. Fairly basic interview with typical sales related questions - nothing too unexpected.
