Zoom call with a recruiter and then an in person panel interview the next week. The recruiter interview was quick and basic. It took about 20 minutes. The panel interview took about 45 minutes and was odd. It was as if they were interviewing for a friend rather than a colleague. It didn't seem like they had much experience holding interviews and they asked a lot of questions about my emotions rather than my skills. Overall, the recruiter and panel did not seem like they were on the same page at all.
