The interview itself was friendly. It was like having an informative conversation with a co-worker, which made me feel at ease. I felt I could respond honestly, keeping my expectations clear as well as getting a glimpse of what they offered.

Very easy process. They want you to work there so it’s more like you interviewing whether they are a good fit. They talk about fees and splits. Go over what trainings they offer and what systems are in place. Overall a good experience.
