Typical. Easy Went through 2 interviews and very transparent with all the salary, benefits, culture they offer, the potential growth and the range of the work to be done. Got an offer 2 days after the 2nd interview.
The interview process was streamlined, professional, and personable. After applying on Indeed, I had a Zoom interview followed by an in-person interview with the role's supervisor, HR Director, and one of the Managing Partners at the Regional Support Center.
