I initially found this position on LinkedIn and sent a direct message to the posting recruiter. She was very prompt with her response and set up a phone interview the following week. The initial interview went well so she then set me up with a secondary phone interview with their regional manager. Everything was initially phone based due to the fact that I was not in their area. Both interviews were great! Very professional, personable, yet detailed to the position. I felt very confident about the company after the initial interviewing process as I had not spoken to or worked with this company in the past. The next steps were to be interviewed by the executive level personnel of the company in which can be vey daunting. This was conducted via a group Oovoo webcam. Although this may be a very tense level of interviewing, they made it very casual yet professional. The entire process did take some time but that is expected for an important position to be added to their company. I did have one final interview with an senior executive level individual in the company which was via phone.
