Interview
It was simple. The clearly defined what they were looking for and the overall process took about 45 minutes. I felt very comfortable. The questions seemed very typical of a clerical interview, didn't feel like there were any real surprises. Interview was panel type discussion.

There was a personality test. It lasted less than 20 minutes total. I felt the interview didn't ask thoughtful questions. It almost felt like they were desperate to fill a role.
