The interview has 2 parts
Firts the introduction with some question about your experience in your last job then with some quetions about what you will do is differente stages related with the job that you are applaying and finish with some question can you make to the interviewer.

What were your duties in your last job and what was the most you like and the most you dislike
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
