Interview
Called for first phone interview. Standard questions, availability, ect... Set up second interview on the phone. That was with a hiring manager, again, basic questions. They ask a a lot about your previous work experience and how you problem solved. If they like you, they call you within 48 hours for a third interview with the GM. He/she talks to you about Best Buy a little bit and then asks more standard questions. The GM interview seemed to be shorter than the 2nd one. Offered me the job on the spot.

Question 1
"Name a time when you had to work with someone you didn't like to accomplish a goal"
Applied for remote position and put through several rounds of interviews. During the final interview, the assigned person did not show up and another person unexpectedly interviewed me. He seemed annoyed when I pointed out that I was expecting another person. He proceeded to ask me the exact same questions as the previous interview. I didn't get hired based on this final interview which seemed unfair because the previous interviews had been positive.
