The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Best Buy in Oct 2008
Interview
The interview was VERY unprofessional. I was waiting in the store for at least 30 mins while people were trying to "find" a manager. Mind you, it was easy to tell who the managers were because they were the only people not wearing blue shirts but also wearing name tags. Finally when a manager did come out, he was totally lax and even asked me what "characterbutes" I could give to the company! Ok, do you mean characteristics or attributes!! Don't expect to have to go all out because I've been with the company for 3 years and they take ANYBODY! :-/
The interview process was quick and easy. Talked to the store manager and general manager. They asked routine and situational questions. I got hired on the spot. They were very professional.
