I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Best Buy (Maple Grove, MN) in Aug 2021
Interview
straight forward questions about certain situations all based on how you would handle something if you saw it or how you would take care of the situation on your own before involving a "busy manager".

Question 1
How would you go about managing a busy line of 4 or 5 people inline for geek squad and you are already locked in a 20 min interaction?
Good in person interview process, was given the job on the spot but had to work for it, answer good questions about how I would handle certain situations. Simple but went in depth enough to let me know how the job would go, honest up front

Question 1
When there is a lull in the conversation, waiting for an update to finish/etc, how do you handle it?
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
