Interview
Open call. Then three phase interview. Three managers interviewed me and all asked basically the same questions. After the interview process, it took them 2 weeks to get my background check and drug screening back. I was hired the week of Thanksgiving and only had 3 days of training before Black Friday. Failure on their part. Fortunately, I had 12 years of sales experience and handled that day like a champ.

Sometimes a customer can get upset. Tell me about a time that you handled an unruly customer and how you were able to help them calm down and help them leave happy.
They did a virtual interview with a third party. They asked me around 8 questions with about 2 mintues to anwser them with 10 second to think of a response. Then I got texted from a hiring manager to schedule an in person interview.

If you had a list of tasks given to you in the morning but it slipped your mind until the last 10 minutes of your shift. These tasks MUST be done by the end of the day. How would you approach the situation.
Interview process is fully online and conducted through video interviews. It's a little dehumanizing, not in a bad sense, but I believe using video for interviews makes it difficult to gauge what the job is going to be like.

The best way to describe the interview is to ask if you’re willing to be more of a salesperson.
