First there was a screening call with the manager (30 mins) followed by an interview with the manager plus two team members (30 mins). Team was very personable and engaged throughout the interview process.

3 rounds interview, prescreen on the phone, in person with direct manager and with director or vp.
It takes around 1-2 week before they make an offer, if you have someone work at BestBuy that you know would be a plus.

A recruiter contacted me, I submitted my resume because I was very interested in the position. I was then called in for an interview about three days later. I met with two PMs and they asked me a series of questions. Very laid back, not awkward or forced. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Fairly easy interview.
