The interview process included:
-30 minute phone screen
-1.5 hour video interview with hiring manager and another employee
-Take home assignment
-Behavioral assessment
-4 hour onsite interview
-30 minute onsite interview with a founder
-frequent check-ins with the recruiter in between each step
It's a rigorous process, and the company is keen on hiring the right skill and culture fit. The recruiter whom I worked with was extremely positive, transparent about the process and provided constant feedback. She advocates for her candidates which I appreciated, and find that rare these days.
