Thorough and insightful. It is apparent BetterUp cares about who they select to join their organization. They lead with vision, are mission driven ,and their values are critical to their success.
The interview process was long and tedious. I would likely never apply to another job there because I wouldn't want to go through that again. The people were friendly, but I wondered if they felt their time was wasted having 6 rounds of interviews; I know I did.

It's a 7-8 interviews process, the question are not difficult but request a real reflection on yourself.
Interviewers are amazing, actually it's far away from a basic interview with classic questions. It is a real conversation, they show a deep interest in your journey, your personality.
