Most chaotic interview experience I’ve had. I’ve had better more structured experiences from small start ups. They boast about their candidate experience but here’s what actually happens: - you will have around 7 interviews across 3 weeks at this point they will either pass you to the next phase of more interviews or won’t. So if you want to make a very risky 3 week gamble of your time then go for it - they don’t prepare you at all for any of the interviews. They don’t tell you what will be discussed and even change the interviewers last minute which impacts your ability to prepare for any session - they ask you to do a very long assignment and then no one ever looks at it Overall the interviews are not overly challenging but they do ask strange questions or frame them very strangely to perhaps throw you off? I also never got any warmth from a single person. They are ice cold and come off as burnt out, not excited about the company or their jobs so that was a huge red flag for me. I asked every person what their favorite apart of working there was and they all struggled to answer and essentially said they same scripted answer “our mission and what we do is great”.
