Most of the initial interviewing was done by the recruiter. What they don't tell you is, that until after all the background checks, training and onboarding is done, you are still being interviewed and not actually hired. And no heads up on that. Then you are only hired if you pass a live mock coaching session as the coach. Again, this is after many days of online training and background checks are done.
