Straightforward process consists of three stages - a call with recruiter. - a call with Director. - Onsite interviews (coding, system design, product awareness, culture). - a call with CTO. I passed the onsite interviews with very positive feedback, after that I had a call with the CTO was focus on past experiences and why I left my previous two companies. After I finish everything, the recruiter sent me a rejection template email, I tried to ask for a feedback, he replied that it is against their policy to provide a detailed feedback, that was ridiculous and disrespectful specially after all the effort I did in this process. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with them and definitely I won't consider them at anytime in the future again.

The process is very focused on culture fit to the point where they even refer to it as "culture add". Interviewers are looking for people with certain values and that was made abundantly clear at each stage, in some cases to an uncomfortable level in my opinion. You'll notice that there was no phase where I was able to talk to an engineer about day-to-day engineering life.
