I applied online. I interviewed at Bill Gosling Outsourcing (Richmond, VA) in May 2017
Interview
I sent my resume in response to the position placed on Indeed for a Collections Rep. I was contacted by the Recruiter and she did a telephone interview and set a date and time for an in office interview. She informed me that I would fill an application in when I arrived at the office. I went to the office for an interview. I waited for entry to the office and while waiting I overheard employees say that I must not want the job for I did not come with the application in hand. I chose not to address this. Natasha came to let me in to the office to complete the application. This was done in an open area where I could hear others in training. The trainer I heard was very unpleasant to the employee she was training and informed her that she had told her how to do something once and was now having to tell her again and that she should know how to find the information so that she could respond to the caller. My initial reaction was that no one deserves to be addressed in this manner and it certainly is not professional.
I informed Natasha that I had complete the application and she took me into the conference room and said the person who would be doing the interview would be in shortly. He came into the room and was very pleasant and I answered his questions. At the end of the interview he escorted me to the door and I left. He informed me that someone would contact me within two days to let me know the result of the interview whether it was positive or not. This never happened. I was never contacted at all. I called the number to check on the process and left a message and no one contacted me. I call the Recruiter, Laura, and left a message and she did not return the call. At this point I just decided it was not proceeding and I did not wish to let it go on any further. I had no intention of working for such a poorly managed company.
