First I had an phone interview, once that went well, I was called in for in person interview by one of the managers.
I was greeted by the manager assigned to interview me, he gave me a quick tour of the office, asked about 10-15 general questions and that's about it. I was offered with a position few days later.

2. phone interview for 10 minutes and set up time and date for zoom interview because of the pandemic
3. zoom interview for 30 minutes
4. After 7 days got back to me regarding the offer.
