I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BioAgilytix Labs in Jul 2021
Interview
Had a phone interview a week or so after applying. Chatted with a very kind director who just asked about my previous experiences working in a lab. Following this I scheduled a two hour video interview where I met with seven different people in groups of one or two people for thirty minutes each. There wasn't many behavioral questions, they really just wanted to get a feel for my skillset and how my past laboratory experiences applied to the role. Everyone was very nice, especially the women who worked in HR. She was very transparent about the whole process and just wanted to know what my goals in life were. Overall a very positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BioAgilytix Labs (Durham, NC)
Interview
Interview was fairly straightforward. I have a lot of experience in the industry and they asked a lot of technical questions. It was a few weeks before I heard a response, a few teams needed an analyst so they were deciding where I would be best fit.
Very short two interviews about 30 minutes each first with the HR, then with the manager and the scientists. They got back to me in 2 to 3 weeks about the offer.
