Multiple rounds of interviews: HR, Hiring Manager, Panel. Was required to present a communications plan. The assignment was a bit cumbersome - not overly difficult, but sort of hefty ask. Very lengthy process considering the job was for a communications manager. Six interviews, and was asked similar questions at each round. Team members seemed very pleasant, kind.
