After 6 interviews spanning multiple departments and multiple position each being very long, exceeding 30 minutes to an hour each. Multiple in person interviews and with multiple panelist onsite, via phone, via web. Over the span of 3 years. I would not recommend or refer any candidate to work there. They have standards that are obviously only achievable by insiders or referrals from internal employees. After much reflection I see them as a "boy's club" that may have started as a good process turning into a tremendous waste of time for potential employees with great backgrounds. I would encourage anyone seeking employment that is not currently employed to not be discouraged because they are simply going through the motions to ensure they are not caught only offering the position to candidates that come from referrals from internal employees. I would rate them as a solid 6 out of 10.
