I was flown in out of state to interview. Interview itself was fine. They showed all perks on site. I enjoyed meeting everyone and the whole process went smooth. The most negative part of the process is how HR was unresponsive. They ghosted me. This is extremely unprofessional when they spent a couple of thousand dollars flying me in for an interview.

Interview
10 minutes phone screening, after that an hour and half of interviews, with 4 manager and 3 analyst. It was a good interview, maybe a bit difficult, but good, they gave me time to answer every question and they were really nice. Advice be prepared for question about every test and what is actually happening in a molecular level.
