The interview process included 2 parts. In the first part I had a person to person call with my hiring manager. We discussed the the open position and its requirements. He also provided some background on Black Box and how this position would fit in. The second part was the creation of a video that was submitted as part of my application.

Interview
The interview process was interesting and a bit challenging when it came to the 10 questions via video recording. After this process was completed the rest was pretty much smooth sailing. Black Box hiring team and Management was great to talk with.
