It was a smooth interview process held by employees that were personable while still being inquisitive. Typical questions were asked. Nothing far from ordinary. The interviewer was welcoming and the recruiter was helpful. I was juggling a few offers and BV gave me more than enough info on the position as well as company benefits in order for me to make the best decision.
