First,theres a phone interview with HR. It's mainly learning about black and veatch culture and benefits. Next I interviewed with 3 tax managers. They asked me questions about my current experience while looking off of my resume. It lasted about 1 hour max. There was not a lot of behavior questions. One question was "what are you most proud of in your current job?" I was invited out to lunch with a few members of the team. When I finally received an offer, it was less than what I was currently making. The whole process took about a month.
