Applied through school and on their website. Applied to the Chicago office. There was no official cover letter but a video cover letter through hirevue that included 2 questions. Heard back about a month or so after about a first round interview. Interviewed over video-chat with an associate at the office, was then asked to fly out for the final round interviews that were happening about a week later. Interviewed with the whole team, Overall the whole process, after hearing about the first round, took about 2 weeks. I got an offer a few days after the final interview.

First stage is an online video interview, where they ask two to three questions. They present a question and you have around a minute to think of a response, following which they record your answer.
