Interview
The first interview was done all online by recording your answers via video. Questions were mostly behavioral but some were also testing data skills, such as probability questions or scenarios and multiple choice responses.
Interview process involves 3 recorded video interviews. When submitting an application, you have the opportunity to apply to 2 roles. If one of these roles is located in a foreign country, then the first recorded interview would need to be in that country's primary language.

After completing the online test, I was asked to take a pre-recorded interview. In the pre-recorded interview, they had two questions which were quite straightforward. People seemed to be nice and easy to talk with during an interview. All questions were general questions, company culture, why BlackRock etc.
