Submit CV and personal details, education etc. You are then invited to complete the virtual cover letter. The virtual cover letter consists of 2 questions, depending on the role you have applied for.
virtual cover letter on hirevue, i think there were 2 questions after based on what i am seeing i think it is about blackrock's history as a company and data related questions to evaluate how you think under pressure.
Virtual cover letter in a form of Hirevue. You get 30 seconds to prepare for and 2 minutes to answer. Standard questions which is the same every year. You do not get any re-tries. I have been waiting for a few months after this.
