I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
4 rounds including case study. Comprehensive and thorough. HR will let you know if they like you and will describe next steps in detail so you're never guessing what will be next or how long they'll take to get back which is a burning question if you're in the seat of wanting to find a job.
The overall process was incredibly professional and streamlined; each interviewer was able to connect with me and display their passion for working there in an authentic way.
Getting the offer was the most exciting part! They will amp you up and get you pumped to be part of the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (Luxembourg) in Apr 2026

Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.
