Interview
Online tests, first round (two 1:1 interviews) followed by assessment centre (group exercise, two interviews and technical individual exercise). Was asked technical fixed income trade questions, particularly challenging in the individual exercise which involved studying past bond performance and presenting which you think would make a good investment and why.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
