Initial hirevue. very simple to understand. gives you time to prepare before answering. Typical questions including an Out of CV one. Past initial stage and interviewed. Asked to walk through CV; Why myself, Why the Role, Why BlackRock and news story involving Blackrock
Hirevue avec 3 questions, 2mn de prep. Questions behavioral (tell me about a time you XXX), et sur BR aussi (What attracts you to BR). Pas de questions techniques. Plutôt tranquille.

It was through HireVue and you had 3 minutes to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer. Before each question, there was a video so you had a bit of rest time and a way to reset your brain before moving on to the next question.
