Blackbaud Customer Support Analyst interview questions

The initial contact came in the form of an email, asking me if I was still interested in the position, and would be available for a phone interview. The phone interview was set for a week later, and on the day of the interview, the interviewer was 40 mins late calling me. This was quite annoying, as I had only set aside an hour for the entire interview. The phone interview consisted of a role-playing exercise, typical questions about education and work history, a few situational questions, and additional information about the job. The On-site interview consisted of: written exercise, a judgment exercise (where you had to choose which client to assist first, and explain why), a chance to sit and listen in on calls with another Client Services rep, and a panel interview.
