There were two phone screenings - one informal (about 30 minutes) and one more formal (about an hour). I was already familiar with the products so questions were about my knowledge and implementation as well as work style.

What do you already know about the position and company?
Applied and got to the first round of the interview process, and then did not hear anything from them until I was told I was not going to advance to another interview nor was I going to get the job. They did want me to check the website to see when they added new jobs
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbaud in Oct 2014
Interview
Several phone calls and a video interview. People were very nice and thoughtful. Questions were as expected... mostly open-ended personality and experience relevant to job. Went through discussions with several hiring managers. Short interview with HR - mostly about expectations for salary and work environment preferences.
