Thank you very much for the feedback. I apologize that you felt that an interviewer was "going through the motions" as that is never the case. We take the time we spend with candidates very seriously - always looking to find the right person for the right job at the right time. I appreciate the feedback that the interviewers did not ask a variety of questions - as we are working on improving our process to get a well-rounded understanding of the candidates. I hope that you will continue to consider Blackbaud as future opportunities come open.
