Blackbaud interview questions

I had very bad interview experience literally I ever attended in my whole career . Interviewer is arrogant and which is sad to see being a lady Round 1 is very basic programming shuffle deck of cards even kids will do Round 2 Behavioural round

Wonderful team! It seemed like an unnecessary lengthy process (5 interviews) but I appreciated every convo I had and the team members were really great to talk to. I learned a lot about the organization and was given the opportunity to share relevant examples to all of their questions, I was disappointed to hear I was overqualified for the role, because it felt like something they could have identified. They asked me to apply for more senior level roles so I did immediately and then never heard back. I chalked it up to an overwhelming market and would still be thrilled to talk to them again. I LOVED that they shared the interview topics ahead so I felt like I could really prepare and it felt very straight forward. The interview process was also clearly laid out from the beginning so I knew what to expect.
