I applied online. I interviewed at Blend360 (Bengaluru) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was the worst I have experienced—very unprofessional behaviour and a huge red flag for the organization. It was a cumbersome process:
1. Technical Test: A 1.5-hour technical test.
2. First Technical Round:
○ Initially scheduled, but the interviewer didn’t show up.
○ Rescheduled for the next day, and the interview lasted 1 hour.
3. Second Technical Round:
○ Scheduled with 3 panelists, but only 2 showed up.
○ Rescheduled a third round because one panelist didn’t attend.
4. Third Technical Round: Lasted for 45 minutes.
5. Fourth Round - Project Review: Lasted for 45 minutes.
After all these rounds, they rejected me, saying that my communication was not good. They took 4 rounds to assess my communication skills and then rejected me. I spent 4 hours creating a PowerPoint presentation and explaining it with a neatly drawn project architecture. I feel that they conduct interviews to steal project implementation ideas.

Interview
I was referred by an employee who was a former colleague on another project.
I was asked to prepare a presentation on previous work.
Panel interview occurred where 3-4 folks asked questions about presentation - what other challenges did you face, what do you do when you are faced with poor performers
