Blend360 interview questions

I met 5 people in total. They all ask the same questions. Shallow and easy. If you got other interviews, don't waste your time here, because you will not learn anything.

The interview process was very lengthy compared to other companies. Not sure why. Following are the steps of the interview had gone through: 1] Technical Round - 1 2] Online Test (DSA, SQL, ML) 3] Technical Round (With Reporting Manager) - 2 4] Technical Round - 3 5] Non-Technical Round (VP) There is still one more round of Project Review Presentation. After going through 5 interviews round, I suddenly stop to contact. It's a total waste of time which I spent through all interview rounds, I should have at least visited glassdoor interview feedback before starting the interview round. However, all technical interview rounds are very much similar. Still i don't understand one thing, Why so may interview rounds to access the candidate as every interview rounds seem equivalent. The interview process should be changed so it respects candidates as well as companies' time. Good thing is company have a good vision to expand themselves and have potential client base.
