I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blink Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Extremely lengthly. I clearly remember I spoke with three different managers for the position, one who is no longer even with the company. Nothing the managers said was true upon being hired. They said there was room for growth (that's only true if you are a favorite of theirs or you've been with the company a certain amount of time.) GREAT people who have been with the company for a certain number of YEARS have been consistently overlooked for supervisor positions or other roles and given little to no reason as to why. In the interview process, there is a lot of talk of unlimited vacations, and salary raises, and mentoring. There is no unlimited vacation for customer service. The salary raises are $1 raise for every six months. $1. In NYC. They also don't mention at ALL that you will be the only nonexempt employees and that you will not be working holidays unless you are hand selected. Holidays are always working days (for select few) since we are open every day of the year. This is one of the only opportunities we have as cx agents to make a little extra cash and we make nothing as it is. The wages aren't livable or manageable.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blink Health
Interview
It was standard interview. It was a normal interview. They were great and did a good job in interviewing. Nothing bad stood out. Did a phone interview and then came in for the in person interview. After received a job offer.
The managers were extremely friendly and personable. They did not make me feel uneasy and we had a great conversation. I had a total of 3 people interviewing me back to back
