The interview process was pretty fun. Using video cams in virtually lobby and meeting some of the staff until the interview is ready. Correspondence with Natalie was always positive and motivating as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Block (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2019

Had about 40-60 people come and interview. You were called, and then appointed an interviewer from the dozen or so going on. Some even sat right next to each other, so an interview was happening right next to me.

Q: The first three questions were basic questions about the job. Are you okay with this and that? Then I was asked like two behavioral questions and it was done. Lasted about 4 minutes.

Initial email conversation with their human relations department to set up an interview. Hit some snags when they had problems scheduling me and routed me through severel different people but eventually got me to the right person. Phone interview: respectful interviewer with obvious passion for picking the right candidate for the job. Asked many in depth questions and followups based on your answer. When asked questions was very informative and interested in answering to the best to his ability.
