Process was quick and easy, the interview is in two stages, you interview with couple managers first the ask a lot of typical questions what are your strengths, weaknesses, why did you leave etc. Then they bring in the head of the department. Much tougher interview, questions are still kind of routine but much more in depth. They appear to be looking for a young crowd so if you're over say 40 ... you better be able to fit in with a young group.
