Interview
Many stages involved and needed to take a day off my current job to accommodate. I was passed up for an internal candidate which is great for morale at block but some external candidates in leadership will prevent echo chamber and offer fresh perspective, first principles etc.
Everyone I dealt with was nice though, so seems like great culture.

Interview
Recruiter reached out for opportunity as Sales Manager which went smoothly and thought it was a great opportunity. Upon scheduling an interview with Head of Sales, the interview was short, ~10 minutes, and focused only on my current role, nothing related to the open position, no discussion of relevant/related past experience, etc. All in all, terrible experience with the company and complete waste of time considering I wasn't even seeking new job opportunities.
