I applied for a recruiter role back in the beginning of January and heard back from a recruiter for a phone screen about a month later. We scheduled a call for that week and never heard from her. As I waited for our call, I emailed her letting her know if she needed to reschedule. I received an email about an hour later letting me know that they have a fire evacuation and that she needed to reschedule. She let me know when she was available and I threw out a time that we could speak. When that time came, didn't hear from the recruiter. I sent another email confirming our time, but never heard back. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt that something came up and waited a couple of days. It's now been 3 weeks with no contact with the recruiter. As a recruiter, this is HORRIBLE communication with a candidate. Facts to note: -the role is still open -the person I was working with was the recruiting lead, which i'm assuming would have been my manager
