As previous reviewer stated, I had a phone interview for each position. Both were held with excessive background noise and me asking the recruiter to repeat what was said numerous times. I was later asked to provide three writing samples/answers to potential chargeback/held funds situations. I answered them well and proceeded to the in-person interview.
The in-person interview seemed more like a formality as the attitude of some of the interviewees (including the Risk Director) appeared to have little or no interest in what I said. Another asked a logic question/puzzle which had absolutely nothing to do with the position. It honestly felt they were wasting my time and had no intention of making an offer.
A few days later I received a call and was not able to answer. The recruiter left a message stating there was "an update" to the position. After calling back and leaving messages and emails over the course of two weeks, the recruiter finally emailed back via Jobvite that they had decided to go forward with other candidates.
Even had they made an offer, I would still say their HR department and recruiting team needs a huge revamp.
