Block Strategic Sourcing interview questions

There weren’t many questions that actually mattered or challenging questions to demonstrate my level of expertise. If anything, I came to the interview too prepared and expected a certain level of professionalism from the hiring manager. Also, it appeared there was a preexisting mind set of the expectations. They knew I wasn’t going to be selected & it was clear I was just a person to fill a quota.
